Dear Charlie, Doris and the entire gang at Window Concepts,

I just had to take a moment and let you all know how wonderful it feels to live with all of this beautiful fabric in my home! I literally find myself just walking from room to room with this huge smile on my face as i admire the colors and the craftsmanship of each project we`ve worked on over the past three years.

I have tried on occasion to determine which is my favorite but I found I really could not choose only one....the kids window treatments are adorable whether it be Albert`s jungle theme or Victoria`s fairytale balloon shades.....even my teenagers are happy!

I absolutely love the treatment in my husbands den.... the fabric we used there is so rich in hue and it just brought out the very best that tiny room had to offer!! And yet when I wonder into our formal living room my eyes are immediately drawn towards the gorgeous Scalamandre chairs and bench we added last spring and I find I must go in and sit for minute and just admire everything for a moment or two!! I wish you could have heard all the wonderful comments we received at our daughter`s "Sweet Sixteen" I said"thank you" but really Charley, I could not have done it without you all!!

Even as I write this I am starting to get excited about the possibilities for the new family room we`ve recently added! Please share my joy with all those involved from your installer Mike(who is always so patient with me) to your expert seamstress Mary(we have never met but her talent is awesome) and especially Doris who so cheerfully reschedules those appointments for me every time!!! I am looking forward to that next project soon.

I have gotten numberous compliments on them from those who have come to my home. The design and especially the material used for the kitchen treatments, have been raved about over and over again.

Your staff has been wonderful to deal with. Doris was always cordial, helpful, and understanding of the situation whether we were awaiting backordered material or trying to schedule appointments. Tom, the installer, was always prompt, upbeat, and flexible. I enjoyed working with you appreciate the time and effort you put into the design, color coordination and overall look of the study and kitchen windows.
